Application Process

The University College of Batangala (UCB) follows a structured and transparent admissions process to ensure fair selection of students.

Application Submission

Admission notices are published in newspapers and on the official website. Interested candidates must submit their applications before the closing date.

Screening & Shortlisting

All applications are carefully reviewed against the eligibility criteria. Shortlisted candidates are invited for the aptitude test.

Aptitude Test & Interview

Applicants sit for an aptitude test, followed by an interview to assess suitability for the chosen program.

Selection & Registration

Successful candidates are selected based on merit. They are then invited to complete registration, submit required documents, and undergo a medical test.

Student Services

Once registered, students receive their student ID, season tickets, and access to other facilities.
