Common Instructions to Applicants
Please download the enrollment advertisement using the link above and carefully read the course details before applying.
The minimum entry qualification for Higher National Diploma (HND) courses is:
- Three (03) passes at the G.C.E. (Advanced Level) Examination in one sitting in the relevant stream,
or
- an NVQ Level 4 qualification with an effective date on or before 21st August 2026.

Applicants must be below 29 years of age as of 21st August 2026.
Instructions for Completing the Application Form
Before proceeding with the application, please ensure you have clear scanned copies (PDF/JPG/PNG) of the following documents ready for upload:
- G.C.E. (A/L) Certificate or NVQ 4 Certificate
- Payment Slip (Proof of payment of Rs. 1,000)
A non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1,000 must be paid at any People's Bank branch.

Submitting the Application
Complete and submit the online application using the "Apply Now" link on or before 21st August 2026.
The application must be completed in English.
After submission,
- A WhatsApp invitation link will appear. Join the “2026 Intake – New Applicants” WhatsApp group.
- A copy of your application will be sent to your email. Print it and send it by post to the address provided below.
Late, incomplete, or incorrectly completed applications will not be considered.
